The 5-step OEM / ODM process
Step 1 — Inquiry & written quote (24 hours)
Send your substrate preference, target fragrance, MOQ and Incoterm (FOB / CIF / DDP). A serious cat litter manufacturer oem partner replies with a written quote within 24 hours — not “we’ll check and get back”. The quote should specify:
- Per-ton FOB Dalian price (broken down by substrate and bag size)

Step 2 — Free sample (5 working days)

Cat Global ships samples within 5 working days, freight collect. Pro tip: ask for two samples — one stock, one with the closest matching custom fragrance — to compare side by side.
Step 3 — Artwork & formula confirmation (3 working days)
Send your logo, copy and target market language. Cat Global’s in-house design desk delivers:
- Print-ready artwork in 24 hours
- Bag spec (size, material, valve, handle) confirmation in 48 hours
- Label copy translated and regulatory-checked for the destination market in 72 hours

Step 4 — Deposit & production (20 days)

Step 5 — Third-party inspection & shipment
An independent inspector (SGS, Bureau Veritas or Sodefco) checks dust %, clumping strength, fragrance match, packaging integrity and heavy metals before the container leaves the loading bay.
