• It does NOT mean you can flush bulk used litter. Bulk litter can overwhelm septic systems and municipal wastewater treatment — bag it for landfill or compost.
• It does NOT mean it is safe for old or damaged plumbing. Cat Global recommends flushing only on modern PVC sewer lines with a working water-pressure flush system.
• It does NOT mean it has been tested by IWSFG / GD4T / NSF. Those third-party flushability protocols exist, but most cat litter brands (including ours) rely on substrate-dissolution testing rather than the full IWSFG protocol.

“Eco friendly” tofu cat litter — what to look for
